Factory and Onsite Testing

We are proponents of troubleshooting code and training our customers before our systems are shipped. We invite our customers to our testing facility to witness formal and informal factory testing before we send our systems to their sites. We encourage our customers to send their operators to factory testing so they can begin to build comfort and confidence in the automation system. By comprehensively simulating system operations and checking all aspects from navigation to alarming, our factory tests ensure the best possible result during automation startup.

Due to our rigorous factory test, onsite testing can be simplified. Since we have witnessed the successful operation of the panels and software in the factory, we know when a startup problem arises, that it is likely a field device or wiring/tubing problem. This simplifies troubleshooting and enables us to reduce startup time.
