Preventative Maintenance (PM) of our clients' automation systems ensures the consistent operation of the SCADA, the Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and their associated instrumentation.

Through a rigorous series of PM tasks, G7 Automation can determine the effective system performance and maintain the expected functionality of the controlled systems.

These PM services frequently the listed services and can be delivered on a Time & Material basis, or more commonly, handled as part of a service contract.

• Formal review of System Operator’s Log and re-creation of events for troubleshooting
• Regularly scheduled operator training
• System controller operational audits with documentation of system status and reporting any deviation from design conditions
