Service Contracts

Service contracts provide peace of mind for our clients by ensuring their automation systems will be monitored and serviced by experts who know their systems and facility.  

Each contract is customized to client needs, both in terms of scope and frequency.  

Contracts commonly include preventative maintenance and emergency support services, but may also include additional benefits such as offsite system backups and system re-verification.

G7 Automation can schedule and capture System Backup Files for both the SCADA applications and the PLC logic. These backups will be maintained at an offsite facility and made available to the customer upon request. 

G7 Automation can re-verify the automation system, which includes a complete review of the formal Site Acceptance Test executed at startup. In addition, G7 Automation can provide a full checkout of all process sequences and system safeties, as well as, a comprehensive instrument performance evaluation.
